The Siren
Kai was born as a Siren. He is able to manipulate people's Aether, along with controlling their minds if needed. He can also make illusions as real as reality. Kai can heighten the senses and feelings tenfold, making him extremely dangerous in battle.
hISTORY
Kai was born and raised on an island far off the coast of Limsa. He would spend his day training for battles, or tending to the sailors the other sirens lured in. This would include indulging in 'intimate' relations every day, giving the sailors a happy life until death. This is how he found his first love, but due to complications, she lost her life. Devastated, the Siren hid in the ocean to grieve in peace. However, when he resurfaced he had found his whole clan slaughtered. The warrior fought against the pirates, but in the end, he was outnumbered. They captured Kai and threw him into a prison under the ship. They were excited to show the world that the 'sea monsters' truly existed. Thankfully, the gods were not finished with him. A horrible storm caused the ship to sink into bits, freeing the Siren of his capture. Kai doesn't remember much after the ship sank, but he woke up on the shores of Costa where two fishermen found him. For a while, he was lost with nowhere to go. He decided to put his skills on the battlefield to use and became an assassin to help those in need. Eventually, the bun would be reunited with his sister, Zara, who he thought died tragically in the massacre. Aden would follow a few years later, but by this time he had met the love of his life, Kiko Moon. The siren found she gave him peace when needed most, and fell hard for the beautiful Viera. They married not long after dating, and to this day their relationship is a strong one.
